• You must be 18 or older to create an account (or use it under a parent or guardian).
• Keep your sign-in details safe; activity on your account is your responsibility.
• Provide accurate information — practitioners rely on it to guide you safely.

• Program prices are all-inclusive and stated upfront before you pay.
• Each program includes a free follow-up within 7 days of your consult.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners; we never store card or UPI credentials.
• Refunds for unused, unstarted programs are handled through support on a case-by-case basis.

Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no harassment of practitioners or staff, no attempts to access other users’ data, and no scraping or reselling of the service.

Wellness outcomes vary from person to person. We make no promise of any specific health result; outcome figures shown on the site are member-reported measurements, not commitments. The service is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the program concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
