What a subscription is
Some prakriti programs renew on a recurring basis (monthly or per program cycle). A subscription gives you continued access to your program content, daily guidance, practitioner reviews included in the program, and your logs and progress history for as long as the subscription is active.
Pricing and disclosure
- The full recurring price, in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST, is shown before you subscribe — there are no hidden or post-purchase charges.
- If a price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal; the new price applies only from the renewal after that notice.
- Introductory or discounted periods state their duration and the standard price that applies afterwards.
Recurring payments (RBI e-mandate)
- Recurring charges run on a payment mandate you authorise with our payment partner (e.g. UPI Autopay or card e-mandate) under the RBI framework for recurring transactions.
- You receive a pre-debit notification from the payment provider before each charge, as the framework requires.
- You can pause or revoke the mandate at any time through the app, or through your bank or UPI application — revoking the mandate stops future charges.
Cancelling
- Cancel anytime from Payments in the app, or by writing to support — no cancellation fee, no questions asked.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; you keep access until then.
- Your health records, logs and documents remain yours after cancellation and stay available under the Privacy Policy and DPDP data-rights process.
Refunds
- If a renewal charge goes through after you cancelled before the renewal date, we refund it in full.
- If you have used no part of a newly renewed period (no consult, no plan review), you may request a full refund of that renewal within 7 days of the charge.
- Consult-specific cancellation and refund rules (24-hour full refund window) are in the Terms of Service and shown again at booking.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, we retry per the payment partner’s rules and notify you. Your access continues through a 7-day grace period so a failed debit never interrupts care abruptly; if payment has not succeeded by the end of the grace period, the subscription pauses until you renew it.
Grievances
For billing complaints, write to the grievance contact listed in the Terms of Service. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
